Project Description

This mission is part of the "Train My Generation" program, a joint initiative between UNESCO and the Airtel Group, launched in April 2013. It reflects the Gabonese government's commitment to providing high-level vocational training to African youth in future-oriented professions, particularly in digital fields.

GTC was commissioned to design and facilitate intensive professional training paths.

Methodology & Key Steps

  1. 1. Selection & Evaluation

    Call for applications, preselection of candidates, and individual interviews to identify needs and motivation.

  2. 2. Resource Design

    Development of theoretical materials, practical cases, interactive workshops, and e-learning modules.

  3. 3. Program Organization

    3-month alternating sessions (Libreville/Tunis), combining classes, practical work, and mandatory internship.

  4. 4. Coaching & Mentoring

    Individualized follow-up over 12 months, mentorship, and career coaching.

  5. 5. Evaluation & Certification

    Continuous assessment of acquired skills and final certification.
