Project Description

The mission consists of designing and delivering a tailored training program for the IT staff of the Information Technology Department of the Burundi Revenue Authority (OBR). The program aims to strengthen both management best practices and advanced technical expertise across four key domains to ensure the autonomy and performance of the IT team.

Mission Methodology

  1. 1. Initial Assessment

    Positioning test on the GTC e-learning platform to measure each participant's current skills.

  2. 2. Program Design

    Development of detailed programs and creation of tailored learning materials (courses, case studies, quizzes).

  3. 3. Content Delivery

    Asynchronous delivery via the GTC platform and intensive on-site sessions in Bujumbura led by our experts.

  4. 4. Monitoring & Impact Measurement

    “Hot” and “cold” tests (before/after) and detailed session reports, including satisfaction and skill assessment.

Expected Outcome

A better-trained and certified OBR IT staff, capable of applying best governance practices, securing and optimizing IT infrastructure, effectively supporting users, and developing robust solutions for the administration.
