General Objective

The objective of this mission is to conduct an audit of the telecommunications network infrastructures of the project covering 31 localities in Mali, including the implementation of a Hub in Bamako.

Key Tasks and Deliverables

• Complete Inventory: Photographic inventory of all infrastructures (Core, Access, Transmission, Hub).
• Equipment Analysis: Determination of characteristics and functionalities, with assessment of upgrade capacity.
• Justification Calculations: Evaluation of the infrastructures' capacity to host additional equipment or support multi-operator sharing.
• Status Diagnosis: Physical assessment, internet speed, utilization, and obsolescence of infrastructures.
• WAN Connectivity: Complete diagnostic of the infrastructures’ satellite WAN connectivity.
• Coverage Diagram: Production of coverage diagrams for each infrastructure.
• Performance Criteria: Evaluation based on project efficiency, effectiveness, and economy.
• Strategic Scenarios: Proposals for upgrading, adaptability, and investment recovery plan for operators.
