Specific Objectives and Key Activities
- Assessment of Existing Security: Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of the current security system with respect to SNIM’s strategic objectives.
- System Protection Analysis: Assess system protection mechanisms, equipment security, data storage and integrity, comparing them with potential business risks in case of incidents or disasters.
- Standardization of Procedures: Assess IT management procedures and align them with international reference standards (e.g., ISO 27000, ITIL best practices).
- Information System Integration Verification: Review departmental platforms and evaluate their integration within SNIM’s overall information system. Provide recommendations for adapting the IS based on operational needs.
- Proposed Architecture and Roadmap: Propose a target functional and technical architecture for treating identified risks. Develop a detailed roadmap for implementing this new architecture.
