During this assignment, the consulting firm carried out a comprehensive set of activities aimed at harmonizing and optimizing the deployment of broadband infrastructures across the continent.

  • Analysis of FTTH technology deployment in Africa and identification of key challenges.
  • Development of comprehensive guidelines and policies for network infrastructure protection.
